Schema-misses
Some notable Schema-misses and some long-held beliefs
Throughout the years I've had a significant amount of Schema-misses, and these can range from personal to educational or just plain informational processing.
Naturally being familiar with the concept of a Schema would be helpful

Note-taking
It should come to no surprise that I never truly learned how to take notes properly. I've always dreamed of having some perfect way to categorize and create a collection of all the things I've ever learned in some beautiful intuitive way. My Spotify is me trying to categorize all the songs based on emotions and emotional states I fear. My path to figuring out how I want to take notes can be found at My Organizational Structure which now uses Zettlekasten And Obsidian

Reason to live
In Elementary School one of the most destructive schemas which also worked to help me learn a lot of valuable lessons was, when I found it difficult to want to live for myself, I would instead try to live for others. Silly me, now how do you think you'll get all of your people pleasing traits?
It should come to no surprise that this is indeed not how you should live your life and that this can be a very damaging foundation if held up. My newer adopted schema was under my nose the whole time, after all it's Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. I don't think property is too essential, as long as it's collectively owned. But for reals life without music and food would be far worse than life without property.
Complexities of Love
How I approach some of the deeper complexities of love were significantly impacted by a relationship I had at the time when I was recommended to read this book by my partner at the time.
All about Love - Bell Hooks My definition had been drifting around wanting to be understood and wanting to understand, which I read into as caring about the spiritual growth of another, which is similar to the working definition Bell Hooks writes about.
